The seven essential elements to increasing your impact and creating a wildly successful career.

Reaching for big goals and taking on brand new challenges are two of the most common situations facing new and emerging leaders. Most don’t do as well as they could because they’re limited by what they think leadership is all about. They’re stuck in approaches they’ve used in the past.

The good news is that many of the common myths and assumptions about what it takes to be an effective leader are false. In this workshop, I’ll bring the often “exclusive” view of leadership back down to earth where it belongs. I’ll also give you the essential tools and perspectives needed to create the results you’re really looking for.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

1. Learn the most underestimated ingredient to leadership success. If you don’t have this, your life will feel like an uphill battle. You’re also more likely to run out of energy and be uninspired about what you’re up to. You want to discover and trust this ingredient (and everyone can have it!).

2. Avoid the “average-producer” assumption. This assumption kills creativity and innovation. It stops both yourself and the people around you from stretching for the really big goals. Eliminating this assumption opens the door to a whole different game.

3. Tame the #1 factor that can squash your ability to produce big results. Once you understand how this works, you’ll never look at “taking chances” the same way again. Sadly, many don’t have this insight. They get stuck and don’t flourish as a result.

4. Discover the leadership habit you can’t be without. If you don’t do this, you can’t deal with the real challenges facing you. You’ll waste an incredible amount time, money and energy on things that just don’t matter or move you forward.

5. Understand the not-so-secret freedom great leaders utilize but most others forget. Although many are aware of this, its impact is usually misjudged and its potential rarely captured. It’s one of the most empowering aspects of leadership available to you. I’ll show you why.

6. Become skilled at uncovering what’s really holding you back. As people, we’re wonderfully creative at coming up with reasons and excuses that stop us from reaching for what we really want. I’ll give you a key insight to get past these barriers for good.

7. Commit to the only thing that creates results in the world. All the strategizing, discussing, planning, pontificating and clarity are worthless without this. With the other essential secrets in hand, this element will be easier to master than ever.
