The purpose of this program is to help you accelerate your growth and impact as a leader – in your company and in your life. It will assist you to create a rewarding career, meet bigger opportunities with confidence, and “wow” both yourself and the people around you.

Structure

This is a 1:1 custom tailored coaching relationship. The coaching conversations are approximately 45 minutes long and are held three times per month. They are done by phone to minimize the time commitment (for both parties) and reduce expense.

A caveat

I work only with people who are really committed. The coaching relationship lasts for a minimum of 6-12 months although many clients work with me for years. If you’re looking for a quick fix I’m not your guy. I only work with people who are serious about creating significant sustainable results in their lives. This can happen very quickly, it just doesn’t happen overnight (no matter WHAT you may read on the internet).
